I see that there aren't new chapters in the last months. Is on hiatus or the scanlation are stopped?

This was the latest Instagram post from just under a year ago by the scanlators of this manga. Since it's been so long I doubt that the scanlators are on hiatus, so I think it is more likely that the manga is on hiatus.

On the other hand, their Instagram page has also been inactive as of late.

Yea, you can read up to vol 5 on mangarock but I checked on amazon and you can already pre-order vol 6 and 7 in english
