| well it's just a clarification ... the "trump card" which Kyon talks about is something that happened in some events before the beginning of the 2nd year (which we'll read in future volumes ..for example the trailer the revenge of Nagato Yuki or the hanami at the Tsuruya's residence) or is something which happened and i didn't notice |

| Actually Kyon has 2 trump cards. One which you mentioned being Yuki Nagato but the other trump card that Kyon actually refers to is Haruhi. Kyon knows that he can tell Haruhi about her capabilities whenever he pleases, which can lead to any number of possibilities. So he threatens people with that in mind. ^_^ |

That's how he has the "Trump Card", and how he would get Haruhi to believe him. |

The fact that he's seen Asahina Mikuru (Big), or that (Big) is (Small)'s boss. I'm not sure what clout this one has, but it's a trump involving Asahina Mikuru (Small). |
