like seriously it seemed like nothing happened in this episode. there was a dragon princess who chatted with anotehr princess she went to go seal off some monster that popped outta know where and went back to casually talking about nothing w/ the dragon princess

Really nice art and I like the character designs. The dialogue felt kinda bland though.

Animation looks pretty good
So dragonborns are a bit different than in the original series, i wonder if this takes place in an alternative reality like fate/kaleid does or that it is within the same universe as the original series takes place

Anne and Grea are so cute together. <3 I like Grea's character design.

The animation is also pleasing to the eye.

ikr, the first time I watch it, I was too confused; now that I’m watching it again, what I get is the creators wanted to introduce us to the two friends before showing us a bit of conflict and finishing it up with an insight of the friend's relationship. Though I got confused with the conflict, if anyone can explain, please.

Cause what happened was a fire monster broke out in the library, several students were fighting to keep it at bay. Then Anne shows up, shows us that she’s more powerful than anyone in the room by singlehandedly sealing the monster in ice. Then it shows her talking with the student council president and how Anne is sorry for causing trouble. And after Anne talks with Grea, it is revealed that Anne feels like a burden… but like, she didn’t create the monster, she sealed it away before it causes more damage, she does more good than several students combined, and is somehow at fault for the aftermath being something to do with the room being made of ice?

This is one of the cutest and most wholesome things ever. You see almost nothing outside the magic school. Its as if you are as cloistered as the 2 princesses in their own little world. Life outside seems to cease to exist. Some people might think the friendly slice of life is boring because nothing really extreme happens but life is like that. If you need something uncomplicated, beautiful and expressive this is some of the best you are going to get from a simple high class, high fantasy setting. Its not ground breaking but it is incredibly well done.
