| Most Madhouse anime I find overrated. They’re not bad by any means, but I don’t think they are as great as everyone says, either. The only ones I really like are Trigun and Overlord. I’m not sure yet about Hunter x Hunter (the one directed by Hoshino Kōjina.) I loved the Death Note manga, but the anime just wasn’t as good imo although it remained pretty faithful to the manga source material. |

| The overrated ones, or the animes that have way too high scores: -Charlotte: Schitty anime from start to end, with a schitty plot and with a schitty ending. -Angel Beats: Supposed to be a tear jerker, it was actually a brain cell killer. -Code Geass R2 Chaotic to no end, the battles were schitte and too much supernatural Geass schitte, saved by the Zero Requiem. The underrated ones, or the animes that have way too low scores: -Harukana Receive: It has sweet ecchi and nice yuri, guess some people can't handle the girls always wearing bikinis. -3D Kanojo Real Girl: Cheeky love story, but it's still cute and entertaining. -Noir: Arguably the best girls with guns anime ever, and still below 7,40? |

Even the annoying MC becomes likeable after some episodes and starts to act like a human being. For me it was a 6 and slowly became an 8. You should try it if you want something cute and heartwarming with romance. |

| Can't understand why Death Note is so close to Monster in ranking. There is a notorious abyss between them in content. But I wouldn't say MAL scores matter to me. |
| Hakaba Kitarou's score of 6.97 is way too low in my opinion. One of favourites, but it doesn't have much appeal for most people, so i understand why it's so low. Re:Zero's score i think is way too high. I dropped it about 10 episodes in and gave it a 2/10. It's just a really boring anime. My fault for following a popular show that i didn't like from the start. And lastly FLCL progressive has a MAL score of 6.70 and it doesn't deserve anything higher than a 1. It really is nothing but a cash grab. |
