| Idk, it's been so long. Ichigo 100% maybe. Didn't even know what harem anime were back then but I was already annoyed that instead of focusing on the main girl they kept introducing more and more random girls. I didn't hate it but it was one of the earliest memories of really being underwhelmed and forgetting the anime quickly after I watched it. Element Hunters was just a boring, repetitive kids show that I only picked up because it happened to be subbed by one of the sub groups I followed back then. This was before simulcasts, so you followed sub groups and their releases. I ended up dropping it. First anime I really strongly disliked with a passion was Brain Powerd tho. I didn't know Tomino back then but in retrospect it was just his classic, infuriating character writing that I later learned to appreciate to a degree as a sort of 'emotional involvement' through negative emotions (rather than positive ones). That was the first show I dropped out of hate/frustration and not just out of boredom or slow sub releases leading to me losing interest. People in this thread mostly naming what are 'recent-ish seasonals' for me make me feel really, really old :(. |

| DanMachi I think, It wasn't the first bad anime I watched but it was the first one I genuinely disliked. It felt overly simple and dull, as well as suffering from many of the same problems as SAO without receiving much hate for it which annoyed me and made me dislike it even more. |

| Infinite Stratos about 5-6 years ago. I think it was the first LN adaptation harem anime I watched. 1st season was mediocre but the 2nd season was so laughably bad. I really enjoyed the ending songs though. So fucking catchy |
| Tokyo Mew Mew, I remember this girl in my class being obsessed with it and calling it better than Pokemon, which was the anime as a kid, so I decided sure why not give it a try, and man I hate myself for doing that. |
