Aria or Flying Witch.
I feel like they're situational in terms of the "healing" or emotions evoked.

I think Aria is more healing, but flying witch is also very healing.

Shirokuma Cafe imo. It most certainly fits the requirements of Iyashikei.

Agreed on Aria. It's the king of healing anime.

I haven't watched the anime interpretation yet, but my favorite work is Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou.
Just love the peace and "lack" of main plot in the series.

Aria. The best cast, the most beautiful and well-developed atmosphere. Everything about it is perfect. ^_^

Aria still on top for me but there’s a lot of less known Iyashikei shows I have to watch so maybe there’s a hidden gem

I'd say Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou and Mushishi.

I'd say Tamayura. It's a fitting spiritual ancestor of Aria (from a director point of view) with a more refined formula and better pacing without losing the emotion and healing ambience.

Aria remains the OG though, and honorable mention to YKK for still being the work that holds to the iyashikei definition the closest.

I would go with Aria - embodies the term 'iyashikei'... Though i haven't read Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou or watched Natsume Yuujinchou yet.

Aria is the gold standard for iyashikei anime. However, for manga, I think it's Yokohama Kaidashi Kikō.
