haven't read the full thing but reading it online briefly it seems to have some ecchi elements regarding the senpai girl? nothing overly explicit yet tho

yep just finished, nothing too extreme IMHO. just some sketchy poses things here and there you find in every where else. try reading the 1st chapter, if you can take that, thats honestly where the sketchiness stops.
