TV Anime 'Kimetsu no Yaiba' Announces Staff and Additional Cast Members

The official website for Kimetsu no Yaiba TV anime has announced staff and additional cast members. Produced by ufotable, the anime is slated for Spring 2019.

If it is the same staff of Tales then we have the guarantee that it will be a quality series.

That Giyuu shot from an ep looks great. Hopefully the chara blends well enough with the CG background in motion.

Not the voice I expected for Zenitsu and Inosuke but I'll wait and see. Giyuu is great tho.

And of course, look at that Go Shiina and Yuki Kajiura collab lol. I love both of them so no complaining here.

Seeing that this is a production directly under Hikaru Kondou himself, hopefully this will be their love project.

So its pretty much the Tales of Zestiria staff uh.

I hope its not going to be as boring as Zestiria.

I enjoyed Tales of Zestiria the X and so I’m looking froward to this show, too! Yuki Kajiura for the Music promises some amazing soundtracks, so I’ll keep an extra eye on that aspect.

Heard so many good things about the manga, hopefully ufotable will deliver. That godly music collab tho..

A shame that this staff is going to waste in a generic battle shounen.

Director is meh, the character designer Matsushima is fucking GOAT though. Hoping that he is doing more animation than on Zesty. Shiina x Kaijura is amazing too.

Generic? It is far from generic. I am bored of shounen but this series in interesting. We have a likable MC who isn't a hot-head always yelling generic MC. The cast are likable and their backstory are great. No friendship power-up thing. No talk-no-jutsu. The MC straight-up kill the enemies without any hesitation.
