| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Oo, some rivalries in this series can really get heated. Trying to prove to each other who is the better plan is definitely an important part of baseball competition. I'd say this episode gave certain players to showcase their talent. Nishigouchi has one of those fierce attitudes too. |

| That was a good turnaround for both those jijis. Taiwan is not a bad career place for them to retire on their baseball, I wish both Tohko and Nishigouchi a good successful retirement. They sure went all out on their second day of the tryouts, I guess when your careers are on the line you draw out your full potential. Good episode, |

| Good thing Nishigouchi signed-up with the Taiwanese ball club cuz he wasn't up to the task comparing with othjer younger players that has same or greater skills than him! 4/5. EDIT: looks like next episode would be fun! |

| This episode showed another harsh side of the professional life, but I'm glad that it eventually worked out for Tohko and Nishigouchi. |

| Another somewhat brutal look at the life and times of pro players. Happy it worked out for them in some way though for Nishigouchi having to live away from his family for a year at least has to be pretty brutal. Though Japan seems much more use to this sort of thing compared to most of the world. In Tohko's case you have to wonder if the Spiders would offer him that job again once he finally feels ready to hang up his glove. Next episode seems like its going to be a riot. Will Bonda finally be exposed as a pro player??? |
