Tbh I never thought Golden Kamuy S1 had a good opening song until someone mentioned it to me in the first week of this season, so when I listened back to it, it's actually pretty good, but the problem was the intro was so sublime I quickly realized the rest of the song was just meh average and that's the only good thing about Winding Road (it got boring real quick) meanwhile Reimei is lit from start to finish so imo:

Reimei > Winding Road

And that's coming from a MAN WITH A MISSION fan

If we're only talking about the song, then Reimei, but the visuals of the first opening are way better.

Both ops visuals go really good with the song they are with. I am going with Reimei I haven’t skipped it once yet. I might’ve gone with winding road if they hadn’t fixed up the visuals of the second op. Oh and I accidentally voted winding road stupid mobile.

Winding Road is just way too good, and the visuals are just way too gorgeous... The second opening didn't even catch my ear yet, still waiting for it.

I listened to Winding Road every single episode of s1 and I'm doing the same with Reimei
but anyway, I prefer Winding Road

I think both are great, but the First Op was/is just a touch better. Even the ED of Season 1 was better, but I’m glad they at least come close.

Season one seems like it fits better for the show, but I love this season's more.

I really liked how the first OP matches the visuals to a tee so I didn't tend to skip it. The second season's OP is good too but the visuals are lacking imo, it wasn't as badass as the first

Winding Road is better by far for me, didn't like the second opening. Looks like the majority liked Winding Road better too.
