| I have to agree animation is bad, but as has been mentioned already, it's been so since 2014 FT. It's a shame, but we just have to bear with it. There seems to be no incentive for improvements on the production side. I watch FT mainly because of connection with characters after so many EPs anyway, so I don't even mind bad animation that much. |

| It’s honestly fine for me. I didn’t even realise Erza’s cleavage is getting bigger by the episode, to be frankly honest, so it’s probably not too much of a difference. Fanservice and Fairy Tail go hand in hand so you better get used to it or just drop it, I for one just choose the option to ignore it more often than not. I’m not having too much trouble with the animation and besides it’s been an entertaining first 6 episodes or so. Episode 6 was cringeworthy to a certain extent, but the previous episodes were pretty good. Sound Department is fascinating as usual too. |

| I'm re-watching season 1 because I barely remember anything from early seasons, but I still watching 3rd season every week I can tell you that visual of this season looks way better than early episodes of 1st season. Visuals look more colorful, and overall it much better and less fillers/comical part than season1 (I'm still on episode 19 season1 though) |

Visuals look more colorful, and overall it much better and less fillers/comical part than season1 (I'm still on episode 19 season1 though) Season 1 had plenty of decently animated fighting scenes (for long-running battle shounen standards that is), including battles way into the season. Current season is way shorter, and we've not had a single well animated battle so far. The only thing that current season does better is having sharper artwork, which should be expected considering the first season is like 10 years old at this point. Animation-wise, it's just a Powerpoint slideshow. |
