| Anime haters, like fans, come in all shapes and sizes. Like what's their background, ethnicity, philosophy, status? How they come to hate anime and/or the people who enjoy them? What's your theories? For me, a lot of the haters are usually upper, privileged classes like yuppie whites. They're the types that would shun anything "foreign" not just anime, but they won't be shy about broadcasting their disgust of it. The same can be said for minorities that try hard to act like them as well (bananas and uncle toms what have you). Oh yeah, a good chunk of half-Japanese also try really, really hard to hate on anime as a sort of weeb repellant as soon as they say they're part Japanese. |

| To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Anime. The humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of Japanese culture most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Anime's perverted outlook, which is deftly woven into the type of of Media it is; its overall philosophy draws heavily from basement otaku literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realise that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Anime truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Anime's obvious fan service, which itself is a cryptic reference to the fact that not enough Japanese women have big anime titties. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Anime creator's genius wit unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools.. how I pity them. 😂 And yes, by the way, i DO have a Madoka tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- and even then they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand. Nothin personnel kid. |

Even if I encountered someone in argument saying maybe "are you 12? why you watch children stuff?" ... Like how am I suppose to explain to some thickheaded individual? And like always I say: the more I grow older, the less and less it matter people's opinions. and believe me I'm this close to pissing the world off as a hobby, and may take it to professionalism of pissing people off, because people are idiots when it comes to opinion. | Please don't generalize people like that, as it leads to unnecessary arguments and fights. Unless the intent is to start an argument or fight, in which case, please don't start arguments or fights trying to alienate or ostracize people in the anime community you perceive to be vitriolic and have tendencies to start unnecessary fights.
