There's no doubt Boruto and the others wants to bring him back. In essence, there's a thrilling suspense this episode about his true motives. Oh boy, a cliffanger. |

| Those Akuta seem to have feelings, it was a bit sad seeing that one watch the remains of the sacrificed one. Lol, I will never get used to see phone conversations in this anime. |

| Hmm the mystery of who the attackers were deepens with this new lead. Its good that we got to see more about this new faction though. Considering Mitsuki's father it's natural that Konohamaru and Mirai will have conflicting feelings towards him. The exchange between Naruto and his opposite number sure was tense. Things sure look to be heating up now that Boruto and team have encountered the enemy. Can't wait to see how this turns out. |

| Indeed, it's a bit weird they use phones, but I remember they used walkie-talkies in the original series, when they wanted to capture a cat, right before the bridge-builder arc. I'd expect them to use cellphones at this point, since they also have laptops, and all kinds of technology. In their universe technology seems to be a bit all over the place. Though, understandable. Imagine if Naruto just called Boruto during this arc, and everyone learnt about what's going on. Or spamming Mitsuki on messenger "dont leave pls", or something. I can't get bored of the foddler-jonins either. It's ridiculous how a few dozen of grown, adult jonins get massacred, while every single one of them just jumps at the enemy with a kunai, except for one of them who knows how to shoot fireballs, while a few 12 years old genins manage to win. It wasn't any different in Naruto, but it's still always ridiculous and nonsense. So someone is copying Deidara's techniques. During that phone conversation I thought there was a chance for war after she told Naruto that she won't allow an investigation. It's nice they still managed to solve it more diplomatically |
| The flashback of the final moments of Hiruzen vs. Orochimaru was probably my favorite part of the episode. Boruto, Sarada, and Shikadai are now face to face with the enemy. I'm sure their fight against him will yield better results than the fodder ninja that were easily destroyed (it always amazes me when I think about how those fodder ninja are Jonin-level, but they're so trash lol). |

| The jonin in boruto are so BS. Cut the crap. I've never see any of them throw out more than a simple water squirt or fire... If boruto and co. Manage to to overcome this guy or do well, all hope is lost for the anime. Their priorities aren't straight and they need to fix up ASAP. |

| Poor Akuta, I kina felt sorry for it! I wonder what does this Ku guy want with Mitsuki, but that Sekiei gave us a hint which of course is little to go on with. I guess Boruto is about to reach him, although he's not having it easy with that guy. I see they are recycling the story of Sasuke, they're sure are taking us for a ride. The lack of creativity is on steroids. |

| 3/5, this arc hasn't really impressed me yet. I kind of know what's going to happen because I was spoiled, but I don't know how we get there so I'm curious to see the events that lead up to "it". |
