| Nice episode although I was expecting that girl with glasses from the previous ep. to appear. But well, at least we got introduced to Reina. I wonder what her problem with Sumo is... The fight itself was good and I liked the way Ushio talked about how important the spirit is for a Sumo wrestler. It was really interesting to hear. It really seems as a kind of ritual for him. And now, they're an official club. That was pretty fast if I'm honest but it's ok. That way, they can focus on entering in tournaments. |

| Chihiro is one interesting character but Ushio is a colossal to be reckon with. I'm glad Yuma joined the Sumo club he also seems interesting, and as for this this Kirihito guy I hope he will be interesting also. I anoint this one too as one of my favorites to watch this season, after Slime, Kaze, goblin slayer, Jojo, spyce and Karakuri circus. I'm really looking forward to the next episode. |

| Well, I was already sold last episode and this only confirms it. Great followup, expecting great things now. The sumo vs wrestling match was super intense, had me hooked. Took a liking to both the wrestling guy and it looks like Yuma seems to be a good enough guy at heart even though he was a jerk last episode. Pretty typical but I'm sold. xD Reina is a cutie, I knew she had to be related to Yuma in some way cause of the way she was acting. Kirihito is probably gonna be their manager/coach I guess? Looking forward to more next week. |

| This keeps on strong, the 2nd episode was just as good, if not better than the first episode! The shonen fighting is very exiting. The main character has a very annoying voice tho |

| This ep is much better compared to the first one in terms of the art and animation. I hope they're just doing things out of order and not skipping the introduction of Kusanagi and Munechika and the first mayor fight of the manga that is Hinomaru vs Munechika. Also in the manga Kirihito appears after a pretty important plot development so idk how they're gonna handle that now. But overall this ep was pretty solid, made me excited for the next one. |

| They skipped the entire first tournament and all of Yuumas actual character development and then shoehorned in a random introduction that happens after chapter 30. It looks great but I'm incredibly disappointed, those early chapters really gave more weight to the introduction of everyone else, the growth of characters and their insecurities. This is a sports series and as such it's largely about character development, some fights are skipped in the manga because the fights serve as reflections of their personal growth and internal conflicts. I really hope they don't rush this through as solely a fighting anime because while the fights are INSANE it's about the people. |

| So I see they've rushed to introduce everyone, and more of the story will probably be streamlined too. Guess they have to if they want to get to that point with only 24 eps. Don't like this change up, but I guess I can live with it. |

| This is other feelgood series apart from Kishuku Gakkou no Juliet and Tensei shittara Slime Datta Ken. Lots of great feelgood series for this season. Many of them remind me of series from my childhood. This kind of reminds me of History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi and many other similar series. MC is a thicc boi and Ozeki is an even thicc-er boi. We love thicc bois. The characters aren't too special, some of them look generic but the story is fun and I love these silly testosterone-rifed series with lots of funny moments. Yuuma is such a tsundere, wanting to join the sumo club plus he's in love with that fat pussy and feeds it everyday with kitty snacks. |
