| MC-san got stabbed and coincidentally reincarnated as those sticky being cause why not? Its look cool to be the first plot point. The voice actor somehow funny with all of his action. Ah, forgive my mistake, its became her! Lol. What a nice transformation, over his change as a slime. That robot aka peculiar voice, really did her best to define MC-san last wishes, even in the tiny detail. I mean, every piece of thing! Even that persocom thing that became those two op skills. Lmao. Okay, thats a nice detail with all of those additional divine protection. As a blessing, its really understandable, because why not? The visualization over the reincarnation unexpectedly very catchy. Its refreshing, and so far the story went to the comedy light-hearted themes, which was kinda good as a beginning. A lot of information about the skills were fine, i don't get it at all, but yeah, since its cool, its just acceptable! As if its not over, yet, cause somehow MC-san met the storm dragon. And he was tsundere! Goddamn comedy as its best, i see. Lol. Okay, so the world was just full of isekai being too, as a justification over MC-san arrival, which was fine. Yeah, the summoner, mage, just general introduction. I might suggest that hero actually an isekai person too. So i am loving to seeing her meeting MC-san. At the end, the magic and heavy fantasy themed will be the main and sole objections. So, first, i am looking forward to see the first time MC-san changed himself as a human. Maybe next? Lets see! |

| Thought I'd never step foot in an isekai universe again but this one caught my eye, because well, he's a slime, and that's funny.... and also because season 2 is airing right now and idk, kind of want to see what it's all about and if it can actually amuse me. So far so good, first episode looks promising and I think I'll have a blast with this! Although that's what I usually say when watching the first episode of every isekai ever. First episode is intriguing an sucks me into the world and makes me want to watch the next episode to see what happens next. Best example is shield hero, which I thought was a great riveting first episode and a great set up for what could have been, a long arduous battle to reclaim his honor. But then all we got was shit. All I'm hoping for here is a fun time with this blob of slime, making me like it enough to continue on in season 2. |

| Was expecting an explosion right at the end when he threw Satoru's pc in the bathtub, glad it didn't happen, but damn those people at the beginning were dumb. They saw someone getting stabbed and basically killed and the killer just ran away like nothing happened and instead of everyone jumping on him they just stared there doing shit. On another note, nice introduction especially with that tsundere dragon, you don't see that everyday. The ed (or opening, Idk) spoils some stuff but it sounds good, especially when showing that girl with the mask which looks badass. |

| Pretty great start! Would kill to have a quality adaptation like this for Kumo Desu Ga, Nani Ka?, instead of what we got, not that it's bad, just not great. Seems like this is gonna be a fun show, already like the main character and then we have a tsundere dragon lmao. Rest easy Satoru, whatever was in that hard drive is now reduced to nothingness. Gonna try to binge this before season 2 part 2 comes out. I wonder who that kid that got engulfed in the flames was though. Probably the summoned one is my guess. |

| Novelty of being reincarnated into a slime aside, the entire episode feels like a massive info dump. I actually liked the "realistic" part more than the slime part XD |

| Rewatching this series now just because it's a slow series to kill time over the next couple weeks. The actual visualization of the reincarnation I felt was cool and the sound design in particular helped really nicely with making the mechanics of the reincarnation and the initial moments of slime Satoru roaming around and trying to comprehend where he is, what kind of surroundings are there in his cave so that he can power up, etc. Not a fan of how he was just gifted so many resistances from early on pretty much, but this series needed him to be strong from the start despite his tiny, blobby figure. Tons of infodumping in this episode already, but it was at least not lazily put together as an episode overall. The visuals definitely helped here. Man even befriended a tsundere non-CG dragon from the start in Veldora lol. Quite the eccentric start from him already after his 37 years of safe, normal style living. I love how in his dying moments, he just was talking for like minutes as blood was everywhere and completely covered his nose and mouth pretty much, and the guy just wanted to make sure his hard drive and computer was eviscerated after his passing, and slime him was also thinking about whether or not it was done without anyone looking at the data. That hard drive's some filth I can smell it from here, and not the burning smell after it exploded in the bath. Popular idols/celebrities really can't catch a break with crazy fans there in Japan, particularly when dating someone. But then again, that kind of culture always has been lost with me and only amazes me for how frustrating it is. |

| Heard a lot about this show and because I talked with a friend about it again a couple days ago I really felt like watching it now. Scary but also funny how much I have in common with Satoru :D This obviously isn't the first time for me watching an Isekai, but definitely the first time I see a person getting reincarnated as a slime, especially in getting stabbed beforehand. It seems Satoru acquired a lot of skills during his phase of dying he isn't even aware of so far. Quite interesting how he tried to get used to his new body. To be able to storing things in your body and making more valuable items out of them will come in handy for sure. A tsundere dragon who's already sealed for 300 years making a friendship with a human who became a slime is also a first for me. What a story lol. But I'm digging it and definitely enjoying it so far. Probs to his friend who destroyed his hard drive, what a bro. Should be fun to see where this will go. |

| I ended up curious about this show due to a collab it had with Epic Seven. So, there's just some random guy charging through a public street with a knife for no apparent reason? What?? That's pretty dumb. His abilities in this new world seem pretty powerful though. Tsundere dragon is kinda amusing. Let's see where this goes. |

| So, I feel the way the fantasy feel of this reincarnation was really amazing, his wandering around would have been fascinating to keep around but still had me excited to see his slime life. However a bit skeptical with the opening showing he's usually in his more human form, which might kill like, the really cool part of this series. I'll continue now but like, wondering if it does go completely generic or not because the fact it has like, five seasons or something crazy has me hope it has something interesting further in. Awesome first episode but worried it might have peaked right here. We'll see. |

| Of all the things I could say about TenSura initially, the thing that bugs me the most is Satoru just accepting everything he sees at face value. I'm not as bothered by Satoru given all these ridiculous skills on a silver platter, nor how this world conveniently works off of video game logic, as to make its world relatable to viewers. I'm pondering more over how TenSura assumes viewers can comprehend game logic before even watching, and then throws all manner of terminology and concepts for the viewer to also accept at face value, much like Satoru. Without having watched much anime in recent times, much less isekai and reincarnation-themed shows, it's interesting to see how much a show like TenSura assumes of its audience. Perhaps it's a sign that such shows are so common that they can fast forward any build up or pretense of the surprise reincarnation. Then again, reincarnation is also in the title, so I guess anyone who begins watching would immediately know what they're getting themselves into. I do wonder what it must be like for a person who never played any MMORPG or JRPG before. |
