| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- It's crazy that this manga has finally ended. This series was one of the first ones I picked up when I started reading manga, and now I finally finish it six years later. This chapter was not the best, but honestly, this was never that great of a manga. I'm certain that Osamu Takahashi was looking to create something much more serious when he started, but I believe it was by the end of volume 2 that he through all that out of the window and embraced the low brow aspects of this manga. My favorite part easily had to be the translation of by Michael Gombos. He gave this manga life in a way that no other translator I've seen do, and his effort ensured that this manga had some of the best jokes and lines I've found so far. |
| Superb ending to the manga, after the last page Shinji wakes up as he is still in Instrumentality. Insert Komm Susser Tod. |
