This episode had so many characters, I loved it! Only missing Fantömas but everyone played their role brilliantly. Also I never thought I would say that an Occult Club is the most wholesome thing ever.

weak episode - feels like the main cast went slacking off or something. it became the Vice Prez’s personal show and she repeated her best joke ad nauseam

Grand blue is only anime to have left me breathless from laughter. I'd say its the best, but I guess some people comedy like this. It's funny but not way more than Grand blue.
