| Pretty lovely and even fun episode, I do find that there's still quite a difference between Schnitzels you eat in Germany compared to Katsu, mostly in terms of size/meat/bread-crumbs are used to make it as well as the souse that's eaten with it. But in this kind of situation I'm pretty sure that was mostly their most delicious "Schnitzel" they ever ate. |

| The restaurant featured in the Nobu+ live action section at the end for this episode has apparently closed it's doors this year. RIP Tokyo Marudori. You can check their facebook page for proof, but I couldn't tell you why they closed. Presumably Covid put strain on the business but that's just speculation. |
