| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- So everyone is putting their efforts together to take down Vetto. Makes sense I guess in this situation. Too much talking this episode even with the action. Also, trying to make Finral more relevant this arc seems like a joke. It looks like they're really pushing this fight as the major point of the arc though. At least it's giving the other characters (besides Asta) their time to shine. |

| Looks like they extended the fight by adding Gauche, Charmy, and Grey, even though they didn't participate in the manga. This fight should end next episode, and it's about time. This anime drags and prolongs things too much, so this battle against Vetto honestly felt kind of stale. Bad animation as well has pretty much ruined the hype I previously had for this part. FMmatron said: Vanessas and Finrals mini flashbacks were a bit too short for my taste, but aside from that fine. I think their flashbacks were actually extended a bit compared to what the manga showed. |

| That's some teamwork right there. The flashbacks seemed a bit short in my opinion but I am not going to let it bother me too much. Vanessa and Finral are aiding Asta perfectly, I quite like it. I still got to get used to Grey's real appearence. Can't wait for next week, that preview was hype af. |

| i'm enjoying Black Clover go FTW! I don't know why people hate this work and put too much critics about this but for me Black Clover is at the same level of works like boku no hero and nanatsu no taizai despite that the rest of shonnen Anime is in a whole different level like Hunter X Hunter Naruto .... 6.68 isn't a fair score if u r not a manga reader. |
| For having reached the final climax the animation has sure reached a new low... They use the most dopest animation on the most boring arcs; and where it counts, they half-arse it. way to go, Pierrot. For the most part though, this episode was good ; however, weird place to start giving backstory... Like really, "we wanna see the action now," no same lame history of the characters (actually, I'd like to know why Vanessa wears so little). Can't wait for next week, wanna see what the thing inside Asta is |

| Nice Awesome episode! We got to see some bit of back story of Vanessa Finral! And of course the other remaining Black Bulls came in the nick of time for reinforcements! Nice one Gauche, Gray and Charmy! WOW! based on the next episode preview, looks like we be able to see Asta's Rampage Demon mode! that's gotta be wicked sick for sure!!! 5/5! |

| Asta is inspiring everyone from left to right, hell including me, fight on you magicless bastard. We got a glimpse of Vanessa and Finral's back story and I must they were both a bit sad especially Finral's, but he is still a wimp. I guess Asta reminded them of why they fight for the black bulls. I think defeating Vetto won't be easy even with the addition of Gauche, Charmy and Grey. Man I'm loving BC right now and I hope it won't be 51 episodes. |

| Finral and Vanessa did a great job! What a fantastic combo. We also had a little of their stories. Next episode..omg! This arc is so good. One thing about the last episode, when those ppl at the wedding were attacked i wonder if they were really attacked by the humans and not by Licht, because it seemed like a plan that he made to make humans look guilty while in reality, it was him who did that. |

| Its nice to see Vanessa and Finral shine and show their skills and experience. Thats some intense focus that Vanessa and Finral have to maintain there though. The insight into Vanessa and Finral's past was quite interesting. In a way both found a place where they are accepted for what they are and from seeing Asta realize that they too can surpass themselves even more. Gauche's group sure made a timely entrance and their contribution sure was funny. |

| Alright, I was not expecting Vanessa's and Finral's backstory here, but it's very intriguing... Vanessa's courage allows her to run from the forest of witches and join Black Bulls, while Finral is inferior to his younger brother, Langris, I wonder if he's revealed yet. Now after both saw how Asta is like, their goals to make the Black Bulls the strongest is steeled. Just what I had always wanted... Everyone reacting to Grey's true form! Hot damn boiiii!!! These are some flashy combo attacks from almost all of the Black Bulls! I love it! |
