It must've been awful for Fumi to return to school with everyone being like that, seriously, who the hell would stand having people taking pictures and talking about you the first time you go to school for years. And her mother, what the hell, she was just a sad bitch. I really enjoyed this show, not enough to end up in my favorites but I'm giving it a 9/10. And Fumika ftw~ |

| while watching the A part, I couldn't imagine how it ends within one episode. But it ended nicely. Fumi and Mika accepted each other as an individual being. Whole Shigofumi episodes has converged to the new relationship between Fumi and Mika. I wanna say thanks to J.C.STAFF for making a great series. |

| Very good final episode. Loved the part where Fumika is arguing with Mika. Fumika's mother wasn't much diferent from Kirameki (I was actually wondering what kind of woman could hook up with him), except she isn't as crazy as him =P Overall, really enjoyed this anime. Going to give it a 9/10. |

| I wasn't expecting the final episode to be this way. I thought the first half was good, but the Fumi/Mika fight felt a little a weak to me. I liked the idea of the ending more than I like the actual ending, I think. But all in all, a good show and a solid 8/10. |

| I didn't think the Fumi/Mika argument was too impacting until they both just started breaking down into tears. Add that BGM that played and it felt kind of heartwarming :) I'm glad I downloaded the OST. I'll be looking for that song ^^ 9/10 I'll definitely miss this show. |

| That was a decent ending. It resolved all the conflicts well enough and at the same time managed to explore one of the aspects of death it left alone the entire series- the desire to live rather than die. Overall, there were clearly some episodes that were much better than others (I especially liked the survival of the fittest episode), but a good show altogether. Easily the best of the season. |

| the ending was ok for me. i didn't find it particularly exciting or interesting. and i ddin't feel anything during the confrontation between Fumi and Mika. Never the less, this show still gets an 8 from me. |

| An alright ending to this arc, but am I the only who was curious to why there are Shigofumi carriers (in that case Shigofumi) in the first place? Why are there laws regarding it, why did she become, what was the point of Chiaki's meddling, how do you become a Shigofumi carrier? None of these are answered or even thought about. That kind of pissed me off. The individual episodes were great, but this arc (the arc that I thought would answer some of these questions) turned out pretty average. 8/10 for the series as a whole. |

| I liked this final episode, but im sad that the series is over D: i still cant believe fumika's mother, "i dont want to be a mother." bleh. the fight between fumi and mika and the crying was great. i also really enjoyed the epilogue thing, with everyone from the previous stories and stuff. that was pretty cool. lol Shigofumi is my favorite out of the season, loved it, and im gonna miss it. |

| I dunno... I really disliked this episode. It was rather boring and ill-paced (wtf was up with Fumika's mother...?), and it didn't deliver the punch (pun intended) I expected it to. Overall: I loved the beginning episodes, and even a few with the Mika/Fumi storyline. Somewhere along the way, though, the series lost a bit of its magic for me. 7/10 |

| Another great episode, and yet this sadly is the conclusion to it. I really like how Fumi and Mika are now both living separately, and they accepted both their existences. It had some of the better endings I seen for an anime. In all in all, it was great for me from start to finish. |

| By far the best anime of the season. As I've already stated many times, this show is top-notch in every detail : animation, design, music, script, characters, direction, atmosphere etc... The only things that I didn't like that much were some episodes in the middle of the series and the opening (I'm not really into Ali Project :/) Concerning this episode, that's the way to end a series, perfect conclusion to a terrific series. 10/10 obviously, and I can say with confidence that Sato Tatsuo-san (Stellvia, Nadesico, Shingu, Shigofumi...) is a genius. |

| For me it just didnt get a 10 because they didnt solve Natsuka x Kaname and Fumi and Mika at the end was kinda empty or incomplete. Well there are more reasons but those 2 are the main ones. |

| The show was really dark and brooding, I really liked it. If it had ended at episode 11 with her accusing her father that would have been just fine. Episode 12 made the entire series seem alot lighter than it actually was. So for me, episode 12 seemed a little unnecessary in an already great show. |

| This show totally surprised me and turned out to be better than I expected. There were quite a lot of loose ends, but it was overall a very good ending. I was glad to see those that received Shigofumis appearing at the end. Really unique. But still 8/10. Theorys, wow, that end would be awesome. lol |

So for me, episode 12 seemed a little unnecessary in an already great show. you know, there are alot of details in the last episode, for example, i would have hated fumi-chan more than sakura in naruto if it wasn't for this episode, and that's only a small part of the details. Didn't you get all excited when mika-chan came back? all the while those who died never came back. Even the shuwa-shuwa cat napping on the wall made me happy. Ending plays a very important part of the story, maybe i'm wrong but it's like the last impression you get from the story, for me, this final episode is the main reason i gave it 9/10. |

But overall, I was very satisfied with this anime. Rarely does a good dark psychological anime such as this come along, so I can add it to my favs alongside Kino no Tabi and Serial Experiments Lain. Ep 1&2 were the best, imo. | Meh ending to a decent show; Series started off great (I loved the first three episodes, and then 7-8, but most of the others were average for me) but I began to lose interest towards the end. Also needed more Kirameki shenanigans. |

| I would've rathered they stuck with the episodic nature of the first half of the series rather than delving deeper into the whole Fumika story and straying away from how people delt with receiving a shigofumi. All in all though a good series. 8/10 |
| 9/10 9 just for seeing Fumika and Mika crying and holding hands. Not really, I really enjoyed the show. I didn't like Fumika at first and the last episode changed that. I like Fumika now. That said, I want another season. |
| Nice ending, there were a bunch of unanswered questions but my guess it's to pave the way for the possibility of a 2nd season. Though even if not, it's nice to have have some room for free interpretation. As for the series altogether, it really stood out. There were a couple of so-so eps, but I thought they more than made up with the really great ones. The thing it striked me most about this series was how fresh ot was, specially in how much it reflected Japans current cutural situation. I'm really not an expert in this but even I could recognise a good deal of those and acknowledge them for their boldness. The fact that they had to censor 3(?) eps shows a bit of what they had to go through. |

| I think this was a decent series. I wasn't really into it at first anyway. Some episodes did capture me and I really liked Mika. I didn't really like the last set of episodes though. Sure it had revealed some of the mysteries of the past but at the same time it didn't really move me. I'm just glad Fumi and Mika can live on and that everyone else was getting along well. Since I do use 5 as the "average" rating for a show, I will give this one a 6/10 for being above average but not drawing me completely into their world or the characters. |

Anyways, this was a great ending. It was totally adorable in the end ;3. This was nice and all, but i was initially dissapointed with the way they've gone about this. I was expecting this to be like Shinigami no Ballad, with simply several arcs of Fumika and Kanaka going around delivering Shigofumi's, and perhaps 1 episode to review over Fumika's past of how she became a postal worker for Shigofumi in the first place < being what I wanted in Shinigami no Ballad, and what i got in the perfect Kino's Travels. But meh, they decided to actually make a plot with this as Fumika the main focus. Anyways i still enjoyed it overall. 9/10 |
