| Man, what a terrible depressing death. Good read. Almost had tears when he cried in chapter nine... I really felt they loved each other and by that point, I was hoping a miracle but man... It would have been typical for her to get cured but that's what I would of liked and was hoping for... How depressing. My chest hurt. Great character development though. I love her adorable bright and teasing personality. Fuck... Now I gotta watch the anime! |
| A good read. Personally thought the anime movie and live action were better, but that's not to say this wasn't good. It was equally heartbreaking and although some details were different, it conveyed the same thing. That quip about authors' names I didn't see in the other versions, so it was nice seeing the differences between the adaptations. Now it's time to read the original source material, the novel. Still as heartbreaking and bittersweet as ever. 8/10. |
