| So we're not gonna talk about Haruo getting hit with the car last time? The arcade was...a ghost arcade? I thought this was a slice of life show, not magical realism Haruo's mom will be a great wingwoman when he gets older ...How old are these kids anyway? 10? 12? |
| This episode in particular did a great job representing 1991. Arcades, casual teacher/parental abuse, kids running around for hours without their parents knowing where they are, etc. Good times. |

| Totally disagree with Haruo in this episode, Super Nintendo/Super Famicon > PC Engine/TurboGraphx 16 all day long, when those two classmates are discussing Final Fantasy IV's release that's where it's at. The way he calls them 'casuals' is hilarious, go back to your pile of crappy 16-bit platformers while the SNES players get into some hardcore RPGs Haruo, stick with your button masher fighting games and platformers, no-nothing goofball lol |

| Haruo is actually a good boy. The ghost arcade was actually cool, almost like a history lesson in these older cabinet games. Love how their relationship isn't staggering for development. Only two episodes in and they're comfortable around each other hehe. |

| Omg I fucking died when his mom was peeking at them up and down the doorway crack HAHAHAHAH XDDD This anime gives me Prison School and Ping Pong vibes. Like. Not so much the storyline, but the animation style and execution of it haha. The hotcakes looked DAMN good P; I don't wanna ship em cuz Ono is too cute for Haruo, BUT I GUESS THEY'RE KINDA SWEET TOGETHER LOL. | I didn't like the first episode that much, but this episode was better. Loved the twist of them entering the past. I enjoy a good dialogue in a show, but this show only has the main character monologuing and talking to Ono with her not responding. I wasn't digging that but their dynamic in this episode was better. I hope it improves more. I also don't get why this show is in CG. I don't hate CG at all, I love it even when it adds to the overall experience like with Polygon Pictures' productions (Ajin, Sidonia no Kishi and the Godzilla movies), Houseki no Kuni and Seikaisuru Kado. The difference is that CG really enhanced the viewing experience in those shows because it's used in inventive ways. This show is just a regular comedy with SOL elements where CG frankly doesn't add anything. Still, I'm gonna check out a few more episodes before deciding to drop it or not. It's on Netflix anyway so it's an easy watch. |

| Damn,i take back what i said last episode. poor girl :'( guess not talking is her gimmick? i hope it doesnt get revealed that she is a mute or something :( i felt that she was so cute this episode too,in a childish kindaway. makes you wanna hug her and buy her sweets :) and it was beautiful how they built their friendship throughout the episode :) the fact that they literally were in a ghost arcade was hilarious though! and he wasnt even that much phased XD |
| A little better than the first episode. First half was still annoying and Oono was still abusive that with spraying Haruo with cold water (twice). The teacher even reflected the thoughts of many a fan: "You're cute, so you are forgiven". I'm not one of those fans, though :( Second half was better with the trip to the ghost arcade. They tried to make Oono more likable by showing her strict upbringing. It worked for me, though only up to a point: harsh background does not excuse violent behavior and it's hard for me to care for her so much unless she apologizes. |
| Akira is annoying! Haruo has a true heart of gold to be able to tolerate her the way he does. |

| Not bad, the characters are likable. Especially those adorable scenes at the end. When will I hear her voice though... |
| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

| Haruo's mum is another nutjob. My god. The second half of this episode was better. The haunted, magic arcade and the interactions between Haruo and Akira were actually very nice there. |
