Im literally confused...why Aki broke up with Masamune ?

Its not all...why Aki reject Masamune when they were little ?

Can someone explain it for me ? Bcz im literally confused and manga didn't tell a specific story about them .

It’s not fully explained yet in the manga, she just broke up with him on the most recent chapter lol.. You gotta wait to find out.
