Spice and Wolf VOLUME 19 - Spring Log II Discussion
| Finally got the chance to read the second Spring Long book. The book is starting with the side story, it was the memory of "vial" which they obtained in small village run by a smart girl. Its good that we get to see some Col and Myuri moments in this part as well, they are adorable "siblings" indeed, i always liked the fact that Myuri is a tomboy, even though little spoiled at a times. The bathhouse also has a new staff member, woman named Selim she's the same as Holo btw. The rest was about Holo and how she sees the things around her, it was all from her point of view to. The inevitable fact all readers know was a main focus in this last chapter. One day it will end as she knows very well. I like how her "companion"(The way how author referred to Lawrence in this last chapter) mentioned that there is that little town runed by Selim's siblings as a last resort. And we also finally knows from where comes the name of this mini series "Spring Log", its a book Lawrence and Holo are writing, about their journey. Im wondering how many volumes is Isuna Hasekura planning for this series. |
