Well, digital products i mean. Not physical. We have CR, Hulu and other sites to pay and read and watch and all that cool stuff. On contrast it is natural that they have developed their digital department faster than the western counterparts, right? So i was a bit curious about it. İ have heard the names of e-book Japan and Honto and cd Japan. But how reachable are they to us? For example lets just say i want to constantly buy digital manga and anime from their site with my visa/mastercard. İs there any region limit? Or any limit or restriction at all? Or it is just less attractive than CR or some other site because their products are in Japanese and not English. Last, can you read and watch what you bought from those sites from your pc?

for manga and LNs, there is kinoppy, a digital books (including, but not limited to manga and LNs) store from kinokuniya.
http://k-kinoppy.jp

and there's also https://booklive.jp

as far as i know, there's no region limit for those two. kinoppy's marketing/logo is "read (your books) anytime, anywhere". Book Live also works abroad.

and yes, you can read it on your PC. to read books bought from kinoppy, you'll need to install their proprietary book reader (copyright reasons)

with Book Live, you can read it via the browser, or through the mobile app.

as for anime, most services are region-locked. anitere used to be available, but i think it's also region-locked. some series are behind a pay-wall, but i'm not sure
paying users from abroad would be able to watch. Amazon Japan streaming services, Abema TV, nico nico...all region locked.
You can buy lossless digital music from your favorite Japanese artists on https://ototoy.jp/.
The songs are all DRM-free and you can re-download your purchased albums as you wish.
Show your support to your favorite artist if you can!
ps. if you are looking for Japanese albums, you have to search it in Japanese (not romaji). Just copy and paste the name.

much thanks bruda, but i gotta say this is pure bullshit and stupidery that mangas are not region locked but animes are.... Only difference between them is one is a moving picture other is just a picture. At least from my perspective it is inefficient.

yea, it really sucks that there is region-lock. back when Love Live Sunshine aired, the series was available for everyone to stream via Line app, but that was one of the few exceptions.
