| Its the same as with childhood friends, or other (female) characters who are interested in the MC just for the sake of it. Incest anime are build around the idea of skipping the "meeting" part which is the hard part for the otakus and jumps straight to the "already liking each other" part. Its the same which childhood friends, exchange students etc. As long as the character the fans want to be doesnt have to actually interact with other people it sells.
