I'm mixed Japanese, My Father is Japanese why my Mother is Japanese, Hawaiian and Filipino. I was born hard of hearing in Honolulu Hawaii. My Father moved my Mother and me to Japan where i spent some of my childhood. (Stuff not work out with them.) I ended up with my Mother in the United States where i grown up some. (Lots stuff happen) As adult I moved back to Japan. (Thanks to long list of stuff and help from my Father.) I been living in Japan since as Japanese citizen. Would not trade or change my family, friends or life for anything. |

The Way We All Go There is so many paths and that VN can go from sweet to horror. Katawa Shoujo That game for me was big bag of mixed emotions.. That and there is parts where the story really hits me cause i can relate in my own ways. With that VN it was just so many things it's hard for me to really explain why trying to keep it short. Are free to ask more questions about that but might take me some time. |

I can relate in my way cause when the public school i gone to failed me. (They had almost nothing in place to help special needs students.) Since i was Born Hard of hearing and learning how to speak was really hard for me back then i started learning sign language. However i was still failing most my classes in normal school cause was unable to get any help if needed it. I ended up getting transferred to school for Hard of Hearing and Deaf students where got the help i needed. Where in public school it felt i was always left out and did not belong cause i was different. Made me always feel like shit, till had gone to the school for Hard of Hearing and Deaf. After that being in class with students who can understand and have some the same problems. It helps cause you feel more normal are don't feel so different. (The public school in had gone to that was hell, in fact ended up getting closed down it was that shit.) When i was around sixteen i had heart attack. It was from I was dealing with to much stuff and the traumatic event that happen was to much for my heart to take. (What happen has always been sensitive topic for me, even to this day so i don't like going deep into it.) It involes deeply loved family member in my life passing away, who to this day i have never forgotten. It was my Grandfather who i loved, My older half sister and me where adopted by are Mothers parents. [The whole reason why for that is kind of long but will just say, are Mother was Useless drug addict back then.] The heart attack i had damaged my heart and have lived my life with a heart arrhythmia since. The main character in the game being the person play as has heart arrhythmia and do they do explain little about it in the game. That is little something other i can relate with in my own way. When came to the Female character paths person can go down i gone for Shizune the Deaf and Mute character... Thinking, Alright there should be some understanding down this path and there was some. With the Female character path where she is Blind, Lilly i think it was. I not really have no understand or known anybody that was blind, so her path just not stick with me. The Female character path being Rin the arms amputee, it was the same as lilly. When came to the Female character path of Emi being the legs amputee. I had little understanding cause have American friend who is Half Mexican Half Caucasian Name Sara who is below the leg knee amputee. She uses a below the knee prosthetic leg... We even dating each other once so have some understanding of prosthetic legs. (Like they can hurt like hell to be kicked by one. lol ) Also watched her and even help her take care of her nub few times. When came to the Female character path of Hanako. First thing notice was fictional character who has the same first name as me. (Then hit me... Oh yeah, welcome to being born with Japanese name. Might see your name in something fictional or the name of fictional character.) In return i have always try to learn some German so i can talk to her in German sometimes. She respects that cause her own blood related Granddaughter will not. Thanks. Depends What family I'm with really? My Fathers side it's mix of cooking why some KFC. With my In-laws side of family since there are few Chefs... It's mix of fancy amazing homecooking. Made my Japanese style deviled eggs last Christmas and they gone fast. My In-laws really enjoyed them. Here in Japan, KFC Christmas is big thing with the whole Kentucky for Christmas. I still fail to really understand it since i once lived in the United States in Kentucky for that matter. To me it's just fried chicken nothing more and when see bucket of KFC on Christmas... I can't help but laugh for two reasons, one it's just fast food, two i can ask if anybody know where Kentucky is? Most people just know it's American and it's in the United States... but don't know where the state really if on US Map. lol |

In Namba there is restaurant called New Munchen that has really good Chicken. Only way i ever learn about that place was after friend took me there. It's restaurant that is little hidden away from the big tourists hot spots. |

I have been to Osaka in the distant past. It used to be one of my favorite places in Japan. Yeah, I know that place. XD Feels like i'm always around Namba, Dotonbori or Nipponbashi. Everybody knows the Kani Doraku crab and Glico Man when they see it. XD However it's been so long since i have ate at Kani Doraku i forgot what i ate. Harijyu is damn good restaurant in Dotonbori. The Sukiyaki they make is orgasm food, it's thats good. Know Other place away from Dotonbori being the kuromon market... That place is wet dream of sea food lovers. Can damn near get just about anything sea food related at that place. Almost all of it is very fresh as well. |

With family or celebrating was mostly Sake. Just relaxing with friends or taking it easy it be few types of chu-hai. If drinking at Bar it be mix of stuff but drinking one Whiskey highball was common for me. Well, i have never really seen myself being born hard of hearing with speech problem as health issue. However have always seen my heart arrhythmia as health issue. It was difficult for me Any Spoken Language learning was hard for me growing up... Still have some issues to this day in fact. Spoken languages are mostly learn from hearing, without good hearing it's more hard. Why Sign language is more so visual so hearing well is not needed. That don't mean it's any more easy learn however. Not help i was very stubborn hard of hearing child who refused to wear hearing aids. Was for reasons that i look back on now and think "Damn, Hanako you was stubborn and stupid." However everybody has own stuff they can look back on and think they was stupid for. |
