 A teaser website for Nio Nakatani's Yagate Kimi ni Naru (Bloom Into You) manga has launched and announced a TV anime adaptation on Friday. The anime, commemorating the series' third anniversary, is slated for this fall.Synopsis Yuu has always loved shoujo manga and awaits the day she gets a love confession that sends her heart aflutter with bubbles and blushes, and yet when a junior high classmate confesses his feelings to her...she feels nothing. Disappointed and confused, Yuu enters high school still unsure how to respond. That's when Yuu sees the beautiful student council president Nanami turn down a suitor with such maturity that she's inspired to ask her for help. But when the next person to confess to Yuu is Nanami herself. Has her shoujo romance finally begun? Yagate Kimi ni Naru has a cumulative 500,000 copies of its compiled volumes in circulation. | A very strange choice of the studio, since these people are known for the gloomy thrillers with many CG and never did any romantic anime, but for some reason I believe that they will succeed. It might not be fatal, but if you told any japanese person you were into "shoujo ai" you'd find yourself in a jail cell fairly quickly. | Great year for yuri so far, keep them coming from now on! Yagate Kimi ni Naru is undoubtedly one of the best yuri works out there currently. TROYCA, do it justice! |
