| Definitely would recommend the manga for A Silent Voice since the movie had to cut out A LOT because of the shorter runtime. There's a lot more story about all the side characters and it expands on Ishida's childhood. | Hey guess what, those are my two very favorite manga, and I like them better than any anime I've ever seen too. Read Berserk. It's simply the next step. It's excellent, and I promise it will devastate. The Koe no Katachi manga was good, but don't read it if you're expecting something like Punpun. The movie gets down the basics pretty cohesivly. |
