| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- New OP song is okay I guess. Looks like the episode had Asta involved in a group date. Noel in that maid outfit though. The group date was pretty meh. It didn't help that the girls showed little interest in the guys until Asta saved Rebecca from some drunk guy. Actually, I think Rebecca debuted in the anime already in one of the earlier episodes. Oh well, I bet Asta is going to remain oblivious to Rebecca's feelings. |

| New OP and ED this episode. They are ok, I enjoy more the previous OP. Nothing really happened this episode in terms od story progression. The group date was meh and cringe with some jokes.Should be half of the episode for the date. And of course Asta being innocent as always lmao. |

| Hmm, a new OP and ED theme, huh? I don't know what to think of them; they seem kinda catchy, yet sort of "meh!" at the same time. I didn't find the mixer story as enjoyable as I thought I would, although it did have it's ups. However, for a bit I was rooting for Rebecca and Asta -I think the background story for her was good and showed they were similar to each other. I like it when there was more of a tsundere vibe coming off of noelle, it made their relationship interesting, but now she's head over heels it feels out of place |

| I just love new opening!!! The episode was sort of funny even, let's hope that some action will come soon enough and there won't be a lot of fillers. Btw, I am just glad that Asta stopped shouting so much in new episodes :D |

| I really like this new OP, the other 2 weren't awful but I never felt compelled to download them. This one, though, just might be the first Black Clover OP that I download. The song and visuals are great. The episode did feel fillerish but it was, indeed, canon. Some funny moments here and there with the mixer, but I didn't care much for it. I remember when Fate/Apocrypha and this show's 1st cour ended back in December, I saw people saying that crew would then join this show (I figured they meant immediately). | Just rewatched the OP.. The scene with the villains reminded me of the same scene in the new OP of BnHA. I love how Sally's appearance looks similar to Toga's. Since they're both crazy female villains from respective series lol. |
| Wow, the animation was so much better this time around. Did the Fate guys finally step in to help??? If they continue like this then the rest of BC might actually be lit. |

| If only the battle animation in the show itself was remotely as enjoyable as the opening ones. Though I do prefer the 2nd OP more, the fights in this one were more quick pace to my liking. It would have been pretty amusing if the entire opening was just them eating and a bunch of silly stuff was going around in the background. Funny how nicely animated Magna practicing his fireball was, compared to the usual quality of the show. Overall episode was surprisingly enjoyable. |

The one that did this cut is from f/a crew but he joined too late during the arc. https://i.imgur.com/aaETWZf.gifv He got promoted as an action animation director so he'll help out isuta meister (also an action animation director). The rest of the f/a crew had to work on one last CM for Fate/Grand Order before moving to BC. By the way, I was wrong. | This episode was really good, I enjoyed it a lot. I love filler like this, they are really nice inbetweens to arcs and they are entertaining enough to not feel like a waste of time Also that scene when Noelle walked into the portal and Gordon tried to as well but it closed on him was a really funny sketch. |
