| When they revealed what was in the box in Gosick episode 18. I had written this show off because the goth-loli tsundere schtick was boring but that was good. Those last few arcs in Gosick made me understand why the show has the rating that it has. |

| Seeing Archer and Saber's bad-ass fight with Berserker from Fate stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works I dropped the 2006 Fate stay night after 2 episodes because I didn't like Archer at first. Then I saw this and I was completely astounded. Studio ufotable really goes all out on their animation budget. Seeing this one fight scene in UBW motivated me to pick up the Deen stay night again and I would eventually go on to watch the entire Fate series. It's now one of my favorite anime. |

| I think Zoro vs. Mihawk was my first wow in One Piece, but Luffy placing his hat on Nami’s head in the Arlong arc is when I was sold. For completely different, more shallow reasons, I was sold on Heartcatch Precure! from the first two minutes. It’s one of the most visually creative TV series I’ve ever seen. Possibly the most. It’s like if you took a Ghibli film and threw in lots of action sakuga on top. |

| I didnt even watch the earlier parts.... just watched the netero flash back and meruem x komugi on tv one night, didnt even know what anime it was [meruem did look like a cell ripoff, actually googles literally that phrase to find out] then when they re ran it, watched it again, the whole thing, one of the best 10/10 animes. |
