| Look at this baka in the street. He's the main character? He turned into a tree. Whoa! They all turned into trees. Big Mana? She is cute. Kitaro? dog_mana-san. nya3_neko-san. Did she just say how do you write a letter? Inuyama Mana. Damn. He dipped. He's Kitaro? That's his dad? Nobiagari. Kitaro turned into a tree. Kitaro is back! REIGAN! Kitaro won. The main character returned to normal. Motorboat her oppai Kitaro. Look out! Kitaro got hit. Bad end. Ok start. |

| Pretty sick: interesting contrasted shadows and the general pale green lighting of certain scenes made a totally spooky atmosphere. Lots of efforts also went into the action scenes. Had forgotten Toei can be quite competent when it puts its mind and budget to it. Sawashiro as a main was a bit weird, but traditionnally Kitarou is voiced by women, so let's hope I get used to it. Also liked the old school feel of the opening. Looking forward to the rest. |

| Wow. I normally hate anything and everything made by Toei, but for some reason, I really like this anime. The character design is really easy on the eyes, which is usually the one thing I despise the most with Toei. Overall, this episode has that same feel that anime like Jigoku Sensei Nube (My favorite Toei anime) had. I'm definitely hooked. |
