| The first episode of the anime really bothered me. It seemed incredibly brutal, but for no other reason to than to be brutal and shocking. As for your question, no, it was hard turn-off for me. I left the first episode feeling gross. |

| I mean it's reality in such a world. The story is trying to show how tough the current world is, showing what happens to the weak, it feels natural for rape to be included. I don't believe it takes away from the enjoyment at all and don't think it will be a problem at all in the future. As for the scene itself, I wasn't bothered by it, but the deaths were brutal. I'm glad they didn't all die except for the mc. |

| I don't enjoy the rape scenes, however I believe people who will instantly give an anime a bad rating simply because it contains a scene like that is ridiculous. Dropping the anime is fine, it might hit close to home, but if you're gonna enjoy anime where people will get torn apart but then when you watch an anime in which an evil species rapes women to reproduce and think THAT's where the line is crossed, then that's just stupid imo. |

| Yes I like it but it's not really present in the anime as much as it should be. Morals aren't really set in stone(lol) so just choose your own. If your morals hold you back from enjoying this then so be it. Seems like such a waste to hold yourself back like that. |

| To add my own opinion : I'd say a fiction is a fiction and should just be taken as it is. Having fun murdering civilians in Grand Thef Auto doesn't mean you'll go on a rampage the next day. So enjoying rape scenes (for some viewers / readers, getting exciting when watching those) does not mean you will go out and rape someone right after what you watched. It's indeed tougher to tell someone you appreciate rape scenes in animes / mangas / books, etc. But I don't find it worse than saying 'I love torture scenes in video games' or 'I love killing civilians in video games' or 'I love watching movies where someone gets tortured'. |

| You mean the first four or so chapters of the main manga? The spinoffs have more protracted scenes, but come now. There is only one or two rape scenes, and they are basically a panel at worst. Though disturbingly enough, there is a great deal of casual fanservice later on. |
