| I'm talking about the American release specifically. Apparently the Blu Ray Releases for the original movie and the Stand Alone Complex series have horrendously bad subtitles and audio issues.. I'm debating whether or not they're worth purchasing or if I should just pirate a fansub with better, proper subtitles haha |

Most say that the SAC Blu-rays are a terrible shoddy trash product and to buy the DVDs instead. I never bothered with the BDs because I already own the two shows on DVD in the much cooler looking metal tins. |

| I wouldn't say the BD is THAT bad but the DVD release just looks better. The 90s ultra detailed art style found in this film and other anime like it just doesn't remaster well. |
