| Colorful, at least for me, was dark to the point were I felt uncomfortable watching it. It's not dark in a traditional way though. It focuses on a broken family trying to repair itself after our main character's attempted suicide. The first half is so sour and mean spirited, but it lightens up near the end. |
| all of these are pretty short For a longer show you could go with Kenpuu Denki Berserk, a bit of an old one (the others are old too, but this one really shows it). |
