Well, I read the 5 translated chapters that are out (out of 11 Volumes that are out in Japan). It has some fanservice, but not that kind where a boy groups a girl or boy gets a nosebleed. There are harmless and so few. But when I checked the raw version, the silly and cute art style becomes more serious and action heavy and has almost no fanservice. Here is an example:   Now that it has such a low score is easy to tell. There are only 5 chapters that are translated and so few read the manga here in the west and they stopped or are slow translating new chapters. And the score is based on the 5 chapters which people think that it is a cute girls doing cute things series. Which it looks like it at first 15 chapters, but changes and becomes more mature and the action could be compared to normal sports like haikyuu. There are men, but not pervs more like supporting character and one of them is a coach. Well, storywise its hard to tell what happened in later chapter, because no newer translated chapter gets released, so everything I am saying is based on the raw version (because I can not read Japanese)and some peoples opinions that read the raw version. But if more translated chapters get released maybe the score will change. |

I really do hope that the trailer isn't indicative of how its gonna actually turn out. I guess you are right with the art but the Animation looks good and fluid as long as it stays with badminton and doesnt show much fan service it should be good |
