I've just discovered this band recently. They got a real nice psychedelic pop vibe similar to Tame Impala. The video is a nice visual experience as well.

Pincushions. I'm a long time threatening to buy one. Sticking them all over the place. Needles in window curtains.

Apart from the powerful vocals, I loved it's complemented well with a nice bassline.

Italian music industry is not that good nowadays. In the past, we had a handful of great progressive rock bands, such as Banco Del Mutuo Soccorso, Premiata Forneria Marconi, Le Orme, etc...

The length of this song is justified in my eyes as it builds up to a really climactic finish. Bob Hund is one of my favourite indie acts, period. Big recommend for fans of Pavement or similar bands.

I'm having a hard time picking one, because there are so many extremely good ones imho that I have trouble deciding on one, so I will just go with a title that's been fun to sing along with:

The song is great, but far from being the most appealing one. I know about the channel of the video you have linked and there are more appealing songs like "Die Grenzwacht hielt im Osten", "Kein schöner[es] Land", "Der treue Husar", "Schwarzbraun ist die Haselnuss" or "Im Wald, im grünen Walde" for example. Also, the most popular German song of all time is "Stille Nacht" ("Silent Night").

P.S.: I wonder why you have the colors of the Lesser German Solution (Kleindeutsche Lösung) in your forum avatar, but promote a song that promotes the All-/Pan-German Solution (Alldeutsche Lösung)

The All-German solution was a good comfortable Dream. In the 2nd world war
there was a contract with Austria that kinda came close to an All-German solution, but as we know it never really came to fullfilment since the discussion for a German solution in the 19th century. But it is a good dream.
The song is epic as hell btw.
I never heard about the contract and I agree with you about the All-German solution being a good dream, but then, I still wonder why you don't use at least the colors of the Greater-German Solution

Glad you liked it; I was contemplating between that song and this one

Nice to see another Brazilian, but I didn't expect a (pretty much) unknown song from Jorge Ben. And in my opinion, nothing beats Legião Urbana, the very best of Brazilian rock (and everything else as well).

I mean, it's a pretty famous song from his most famous album... it's not on the radio nowadays but it's still pretty well known. But if I could redo my post now I would post this song, which is nothing short of genius. But people from other countries wouldn't understand it anyway without understanding the lyrics.

And I've never heard Legião Urbana besides some random sporadic songs. The one you've posted for example, I heard it because it's played on that movie with Wagner Moura where he goes back in time. But I've never listened to any album from the band, I'll do that someday.

I had never heard it, so I thought it was unknown. Chove Chuva and País Tropical are way more famous though.

I don't listen to a lot of stuff from my country because for some reason i feel too sceptical about it. But i like this band. They have a pretty dirty sound and i love the lyrics. Though it's hard to understand them even if you speak russian.

upd: I've made a translation of this song. It's not 100% accurate and i'm sure i messed up a lot but still it gives the idea of what the song is about.

In Italy rap music is really popular, and one of the maximum exponents of the genre is Michele Salvemini, in art Caparezza (literally "Curly Head"). Despite the name and the appearance, his lyrics are really refined and tackle issues very different from the other rappers. Instead of fame, riches, crime and the usual stuff, Caparezza sings about topics such as isolation, identity, mental issues, sexuality, self-worth, and religion, other than numerous stabs to Italy's current political situations. He even talks about "niche" topics, such as Hikikomoris (in his track "Kitaro") and being scared and confused as you go from being a teenager to being an adult (in his track "Una Chiave", lit. "A Key").

One of my favorite songs from his latest album, "Prisoner 709", Prosopagnosia talks about self-worth and fear of losing your true self as you grow.

I'll just leave the translated lyrics, as the 90% of the enjoyment comes from them.

Your favorite anime is cringe. My favorite anime is a masterpiece.
