| Hotaru in brat mode and she was just as bad in her behaviour as she is now, it's still funny to look at her behaviour tho. Also Saya winning the game was expected. That game had an anime years ago. |

| I'd love to see more moments like the ones in this episode. It was awfully sweet in more than the obvious sense. Mini-Hotaru was adorable. |

| Hey, I came here to laugh and have a good time with candy fact not to feel sad. Did not expect a Hotaru flashback, this was nice for a change. Some Beyblade action there but not many candies during the first part of the episode. The Beyblades can count since they can buy them in candy stores I guess. |

| This episode reminded me of Beyblade (which I loved as a kid) and the part of with the old man was surprisingly nice. So I somewhat enjoyed this episode. |

| Poor Kokonotsu, those attacks on his foot were overkill. I'm glad to not be the only one who was reminded of Beybalde with the beigoma. Little Hotaru was adorable. A bit sad the old man eventually had to close the shop, but at least Hotaru's enthusiasm regarding Japanese sweets managed to move him. |

| Ouch, and here I thought that Kokonotsu will just "suffer" that pain from the Beigoma toy once. And then comes the story of Hotaru's chilhood and whoa the story is so good. |

| Still not that great, but much better and it was pretty funny, the best episode so far. Very predictable Saya's win and lots of focus on Hotaru's body =/ Little Hotaru is cute, but still the same arrogant and obsessed with dagashi, quite sad ending. Always liked the little accent on Hotaru's "mochi-no-ron", pleasant to hear how confident she is. |

| Damn Hotaru rocked that long hair, she should regrow it. Not surprised to see her already being weird as a kid lol. The first bit reminded me of Beyblade, the nostaliga :D. Whenever Saya appaears she always wins every game. |

| "Beigoma" kinds of reminds me of a local Traditional Game called "Gangsing" in our Country, the history maybe dated from "Japanese occupation-era" back then and "Beigoma" got adapted into this "Gangsing". But the real history is quite unknown (some said It dated from Colonial era)... And believe me, It doesn't look pretty when It lands on your feet. Not to mention, our "Gangsing" have dull nails instead for the spinning axis so It'll probably hurt more... God that was childhood... Also Young Hotaru is quite cute... and that Heart-warming Ending |

| The one part that I liked on this episode is when Hotaru called Kokonotsu and teased him about her liking Shikada Dagashi. This is because she is reminiscing about the past Dagashi store from her own town that has already closed and land for sale. A bit sad but Hotaru smiled and accepted it because her love for sweets will never be tarnished! Poor Kokonotsu! got badly hurt his left foot three times!!! playing Beigoma is fun just like BayBlade! lolz Too bad Hotaru has another layer of shorter skirt with her! Ultimately Saya-shi won the beigoma! I laughed so much when the part of the ero saxophones OST started because Kokonotsu almost had n upskirt peep from Hotaru but was busted an punished by Saya! 5/5. |

| Couple things I didn't like here. Mostly as mentioned, Saya winning as per usual, but getting little comedic payoff for it. Oh, sure, Hotaru ass shot. But on that note, I can't remember Coconuts being overly pervy from first season. Or it was a lot more toned down and innocent anyway. Didn't really get all mushy over the "heartwarming" aspect either. Going back to the common criticism, if this was a 24 min run time, you could have done a lot more with it. Like building up the relationship between loli-Hotaru and the old store keeper, giving a greater emotional payoff when the store closes. Hell, could even give Hotaru more of a back story. What we got was Ok, but I think there was missed potential there. Particularly as this show, to me, is a lot about being young and enjoying the little candies that you can get. I would loved to have seen more of what made Hotaru, Hotaru. Besides eating a lot of candy resulting in a pair of sugar-tits. |

| The characters playing with those spinning tops were cool. It reminded me of Beyblade & was interesting to see a flashback in Hotaru's life too. |

| The first part was hilarious; Kokonotsu getting his foot murdered two times, Saya winning without knowing what she's doing and Kokonotsu getting his foot murdered a third time for staring at Hotarus ass. The second part was nice, but a little sad. Little Hotaru loved dagashi as much as older Hotaru does and even managed to get the grumpy old shopowner to smile. |
