I use Clip Studio Art Pro- $50. though, they have Clip Studio Art Ex for like $200. I used Clip Studio Art Pro ever since I got my first drawing tablet, which was like 2-3 years ago.
Here's some art I've done using it. (Not very active on it) https://rayniidayz.deviantart.com/

It's a good program, but I'm thinking about upgrading or switching to a different one soon.

Feel like Paint Tool Sai is the easiet to pick up and there are tons of tutorials for brushes and other tips, also the smooth line stabalizer fuction is a life saver.

Photoshop is nice as well but I've been learning it for almost 8 years now, but it's good for adding after effects like blurs or text.

I don't have a graphics tablet yet but I'm most likely going to use Photoshop for digital drawing. As for what I'm currently using for drawing, that goes to ArtFlow. Managed to get myself the purchased version which is capable of having 50 layers and contains many brushes. The only downside is that it's not as powerful or have as many features as the Adobe softwares and on a smartphone, fat fingers is going to be a problem. It's a good early practise though because I can practise my skills while I'm waiting to get a graphics tablet. Transitioning should be easy enough to do.

Paint Tool SAI seems to be a really awesome software too and I'm actually interested in it after seeing many of the speedpaints using that software. Look into it.

I use Clip Paint Studio for my digital art since a free 2 year license came with my graphics tablet.
There's a bunch of preset panel options and downloadable brushes which are super useful for manga and anime art.

But I use Photoshop sometimes to just touch up my art afterwards with effects like chromatic aberration, different types of blurs that CSP doesn't have and just some colour correcting. Photoshop is just super useful in general for editing photos/art.

I've used a lot of MS Paint, but that was drawing with mouse. With tablet, I use Photoshop.

Did you make your signature on paint?

I use Paint Tool SAI and sometimes Medibang. Medibang and FireAlpaca are free programs but they are pretty good! There are lots of cool brushes on there.
the more you tried, the more you knew, this had been the way they’d built you, in the body of a ball jointed doll, you’re so fragile you can’t move at all

Except for the background graphic, yeah. It's more tedious than drawing with a tablet, but I still like to use the mouse sometimes.

Painttool SAI's my favourite. I've tried out so many different ones, but I've always liked SAI's brushes over everything else.

for my laptop i use firealpaca, it's free and you can create your own brushes fairly easily!

if im just doodling on my phone or ipad i use procreate. i'm not sure if it's free and the brushes are mediocre but it's good for quick concepts/ideas and sketching.

I have SAI and Clip Studio Paint. I had Photoshop installed when I was still in school though.

I prefer traditional.

So, I don't really draw now but I used to draw in painttoolsai and I think it's really good. Of course photoshop may be way better but I tried to use it and it's too complicated for me.
