What anime death gave you the feels like no other ? (Make sure you add spoilers so you don't ruin it for others)

Why watch beach episodes when you can watch bleach episodes?

Edit: as per requested

Ero Pattishie, how was the night?
Did you like the sister sandwich for dinner?
Or perhaps it was too sweet,
that you want more vanilla in the morning.
I'll put extra cream just for you.
Now it eat well, we still have more desserts.

Not sure since I haven't watched all anime in history that featured a death, but Hotaru no Haka had the most impact on me. There was a lot of suffering before Seita finally says, "She didn't wake up."

I could list a lot of sad deaths (the ones who made me cry at least) from many animes, but, if I could pick one, that would be

Ofc it would be the best robo-waifu
I'm watching anime since 2012. I also play games, sometimes.

Don't bother me if you want to 'become friends' or things like that.
It's tiresome. I know you just want to collect some meaningless numbers.

My TOP 3 deaths:

The first two of my list will probably never change because I was such a young kid and easily influenced but feelings while watching sad scenes in Anime. The third one I don't know, maybe my top 3 will stay the same forever and just expand to a top 5 list at some point idk.

That was indeed a sad moment. But somehow quite beautiful imo.

It was bittersweet and the best ending they could have gotten. I honestly couldn't imagine them living happily ever after.

Short haired lassie from devilman crybaby, or kids on the slope or Your lie in April. Probably the heartbreaking death in kids on the slope. Didn't put a spoiler warning because no names were used. I HIGHLY recommend the last two animes, I'm a dragon ball action punch em up kinda guy but those two animes rocketed past all my favorites. Sorry for my yapping.

The day Hayao Miyazaki dies.

PS: why the fuck do you tag spoilers without saying which show its going to spoil?!

The girl at the right in the first Mars of Destruction fight; it was so sad to see her AAST teammates didn't even care for her when her head was blown up by the alien beam...

Heck, she didn't even had enough screen-time to let the viewer know her name.

The death of Isara in Senjou no Valkyria was pretty sad for me. I think because her character was so well designed and developed and voice acted that it hit me that hard since she had grown on me.

Why do people bother with the spoiler caption if they are not going to say what anime are they spoiling?

Who knows. I started watching Ashita no Joe two days ago and was spoiled in this thread because someone didn't include the title on the spoiler. Guess a bit of fault also lies with me for opening it without knowing what it was though.

As for deaths, this is one that hit me the hardest:

I think Kishinuma from Corpse Party, he was my favorite character. His death was REALLY disturbing and sad
