| Like with the other Go Nagai features, we're off to a slow start. For the first 10 minutes, I thought I was watching the wrong show. But, once we got to the party it started picking up. Not a big fan of the art style, but I figure it will grow on me. I prefered the soundtracks of Devil Lady and Maou Dante to this one, but we'll see if they don't grow on me too. Here's to hoping that it picks up the pace. |
| This certainly a solid start to something I discovered through a PROZD video thanks to said being one where he had to guess various Anime Openings. It was quite fucked up I will say, from the visuals alone it's very trippy as a show. So violent, so gory and a lot of sexual content in it especially at the end. Akira and Ryo's interactions are pretty good and the first episode does a great job setting them entirely and honestly intrigued how their relationship will pan out for the rest of this series. Otherwise I'm fully engaged in this and once again a great start so far. |
