If you look at my completed list and sort it by score, you can easily tell I don't like mainstream much. They're usually (if not always) just overrated and boring.

Might I recommend JoJo's Bizarre Adventure? It is a fantastic shounen. Part 1 Phantom Blood is decent and it gets really good with part 2 Battle Tendency.

Hunter X Hunter 2011 is also really fun but it starts a bit slow.
