| For me, Chihayafuru totally needs a third season but it's looking more unlikely each day. Recently they were teasing an announcement but it turned out just be a 10th anniversary thing and not a new season. It's probably one of my favorite shows and if my Japanese reading was better I'd play Karuta myself. The other show I really wish there was a third season for is My Teen Romantic Comedy Snafu. Maybe it's a part of the snafu that we don't get to see a resolution to the possible love triangle? Who knows lol Also a random ecchi show that needs a third season is Sekirei. It's one of the few boob shows whose plot I actually got invested in, only to find out there's little to no hope for a conclusion to the main story. |

| Just went through my list and found some more shows that are super-unlikely to get another season: Sweetness and Lightning Blue Spring Ride Beck (It didn't end on a cliffhanger or anything but the manga went way on after the show from what I've been told) Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun Devil Is A Part Timer When Supernatural Battles Become Commonplace Nana (this!!!) Recovery of an MMO Junkie I'm even the type to buy this stuff on dvd/blu ray, but I'm in the minority on that matter. It's a shame that these shows aren't bankable enough to see additional seasons |

| Baccano. I know the anime wrapped up pretty well, but there is still like 15 more volumes to adapt from the light novels. The anime ended over 10 years ago now, so its gone stone cold and will probably never get picked up again. A guy can dream though. |

| There are too many. Grimgar Nichijou Haganai Gakkou Gurashi Initial D (MF Ghost anime adaptation when?) Kemono Friends (fuking Kadokawa) Kobayashi-san Sakurasou Kaichou wa Maid-sama Watamote Spice & Wolf And many more. With the recent announcements of FLCL and Non Non Biyori, I am glad that they are getting more adaptations. |

| There are actually a lot of them out there. But if I had to pick some: Akatsuki no Yona. The anime, which is nothing but introductory story of the manga, is nothing compared to where the manga headed afterwards.  Chihayafuru. Because it's just too beautiful. But I don't think we will get anything other than Live Action. Kami nomi zo Shiru Sekai. It just kept getting better from one season to the next. But the fate is sealed because the serialization has ended. Oregairu. One of my favourite high school romcom. I am hopeful that we will get a sequel movie or a TV series. It's just too popular to not have one. But I am still worried with no announcement so far. Houseki no Kuni. After watching it this season, I am really interested to know more about all the mysteries. The disc sales have me hopeful but I cannot just bank on that. Hunter x Hunter. Damn, give me some Kurapika, Madhouse! But the way the manga goes to hiatus so often, I don't think we well get any. Hyouka. Since the Koten-bu series have finally resumed, I would love to see a sequel in the future but KyoAni has moved more towards working with anime that they own the IP of over the last few years with only exception to Amaburi, Hibike! and Maid Dragon so chances are extremely slim. Their take on Hibike! Euphonium keeps me a bit hopeful. Kimi to Boku. Didn't expect to love this simple slice of life this much. Usually we get a lot of slice of life with girls only so Kimi to Boku was a surprise for me of how adorable it was and I really loved it. Chances of a sequel is almost none though. Uchuu Kyoudai. Come on, A1-Pictures. How about giving a sequel to your best anime ever? 99 episodes weren't enough! Nichijou. But I know it won't happen because the manga has ended its serialization. Gin no Saji. Pure gold of a school story. A1-Pictures' second best anime after Uchuu Kyoudai and a masterpiece from the author of Fullmetal Alchemist. But I feel that we won't get a third season. Ookami to Koushinryou. Why it never got a third season is beyond me. Toshokan Sensou. Would have loved to see more of it beyond the movie but this also probably only ever get Live Action over TV anime like Chihayafuru. And a ton of shoujo/josei manga that could do with a sequel but never got any, and probably never will. |

Aesthetica of a Rogue Hero - We got teased with the main cast going back to the other world, and then slapped with "The End" |

| Uchuu Kyoudai - you can't just leave the anime like that. Please. Ookami to Koushinryou - still waiting for that season 3. Houseki no Kuni - discs aren't selling that bad - so I'm having hopes to see a seqeuel in the future - but yeah - I'm just putting this here anyway. |
