It is still grat though... yeah well, if porori being weak results in ss arc being awesome, i'm totally fine with it. not that i don't agree that the animation and art style were bad. it wasn't just the animation, there wasn't much of a story to tell. except for homeless arc. |

| Well that sure was quite the "end" of this season... As expected though, this season was pretty useless and not really that fun to begin with. I'm really glad and I really do hope the next season will be the last! |

| All I can I say it was alright but I loved the previous season because it had action and Kamui( damn that guy is my favorite in Gintama and part reason I watch it) . This one was typical Gintama with few gags and some action. There was hardly anything major except that mediocre story about swords ( lamest story in story history). More poop gags, I understand people with sense dumb this one down even if it is usually senseless. I was going with a 6 but now its a 4/10 from me. |

| Nothing too hardcore for this season but really enjoyable as usual, next season is gonna be great i am so hyped and sad at the same time because it will be the last season of Gintama i believe. It'd be great if the author tells us more about Gintoki's family or his parents more about his childhood. Overall score 10/10, cracks me up every episode, i needed that because life's hard |

| A bit random end. But was quite fun arc. Actually laughed. Overall this season feels a bit weak in comparison to previous one. But maybe I've simply grown apart from Gintama.. or just in lesser mood to enjoy it. Nevertheless 8/10 to the series. |

| This season was so good, felt like the funny old Gintama but still fresh and renewed. It's actually heart-wrenching to think there'll never be newer Gintama in this fashion ever again. I understand Sorachi's need for a plot, but it's not necessarily something I want to see him go through with. At any rate I'm curious to see what his next project will be like. |

| Not much to say felt odd after all that Top Tier action episodes to be back in comedy but it was good. 7/10 |
| About as bad as Gintama seasons come, but to be clear, that still makes it really really good. It was nice going back to just comedy after having three serious and dark arcs in a row, but I wish it had been on the level of Enchousen, which showed how to do a single cour Gintama season right. Regardless, I loved it from start to finish, and I can never get enough Gintama. One more arc to go, we're in the endgame now lads. 8/10. |

| This season felt a bit lackluster, maybe because we just came from a really serious arc with a lot of resolved issues or maybe because the comedy really wasn't as good as it has been. Normally I'd say I would rate all the seasons equally because it's all part of the entire Gintama story but this is the one exception, which is why I'm giving it a 9/10. |

| Episode was hilarious with how ridiculous it was. I loved how a seemingly random phenomena like guardian spirits explained most of the characters' traits. The Corolla and Mayorati were the best. This season was definitely weaker but still great. The SS arc preview was hype! |

| This is the only season I'll rate 9/10 since I think this the weakest one among others, though it's just a collection of some short stories that they skipped before the serious arcs, the humor are still not that great compared to the other seasons. |

| Wait what??? Why was Alchu yellow this ep?? Honestly this arc had potential but I didn't like it. The only funny part was the random guy with the sword. Humor is subjective, but this was easily Gintama's worst season imo. The humor wasn't as good as normal seasons and I was bored the whole way through except for the ep where Madao wanted to jump off a building. Rating 6 rounded up from a 5.5 |

| Ahahaha even Madao is a spirit himself with his glasses, though I'm not even surprised, and this episode was totally WTF in a great way. Perfect ending for this season, it's good to be able to breathe with comedy and parody amongst all this seriousness, but now I believe comedy is gone for good. |

| Another episode with very predictable jokes. Otae wins, Gin loses etc... Another comedy season instead of the serious stuff around it, I actually prefer the serious arcs at this point. The jokes in Gintama were always a bit predictable, but he longer you watch the easier it gets to guess what will happen next. 4/10 |
| This stupid season had to end with the greatest Gintama episode of all-time. /: Ugh. 9/10. Pacing was horrible this season. Silver Soul won't be much better. |

| Amazing one to end this season, easily the funniest arc and episode. There were too many dumb things that made me laugh a lot. Sadly, besides the homeless arc and this, all the other episodes have been just average for me with some moments that were funny like Producer Sakata's meeting or the poop throwing. Hopefully this season won't cut the budget that could have gone towards Silver Soul by a lot because I'd rather have amazing animation there than Slip arc. And of course, the small Silver Soul trailer was good despite not giving me the same hype as SA's trailer. |
