Honestly at this rate, I think he should just move on from his ex and try for a real relationship with Mizuhara.

At least he defended her.

The fact that something really weird is going on with the mc's Ex is kinda creepy where she says things that indirectly attack the mc. Having Mizuhara the rental girlfriend defending the mc was also a pretty nice detail as well. Although the reasons for the mc still trying to go for his ex is because of her appearance and outer layered mask. Rather then what is shown inside.

Probably, they're going to focus more on the mc and the rental girlfriend's relationship which I hope is the case for the next chapter.

Drunk or not, what a pathetic and typical 'virgin herbivore' attitude from a Japanese Romance protagonist. God, this moron gets more disgusting every chapter. At least he's aware he's trash and actually defended Mizuhara without hesitation.

Though, the problem with his 'awareness' that he's trash is that he's pitying himself and not actually trying to better himself.

With each chapter I grow to hate the cast more and more.
The MC is a masochistic bitch.
The rental girlfriend is a two faced manipulator.
The friends are just so shitty.

At this point, I dont know why the internet hates the only character that has done ANYTHING good for the series. Mami.
