| I'd say yes it should because they all take place in the middle of that season and if one were to watch them before rakyou or the 2nd half of that season it'd not spoil anything. The only thing that makes it a sequel is just that it was made afterwards but mal categorizes things more so based on chronology so I think its fair to say it should just be a side story. Overall though, i dont think its that big an issue if its still listed as a sequel as long as slver soul doesn't get grouped together with it |

| Honestly, I don't care. That being said, It would be nice if people were to watch Porori-hen right after Gintama., since Gintoki makes a remark about this season at the start of episode 1. |
