| The promised day has arrived in the next 15 episodes we'll be getting to the end of this all! Really great episode I must say Al devoting him self to protect all the others and everyone is now joined together and ready for it! Let's see what's next in the 50th episode! |

| man really love how the story is moving forward :D finally Al is awake! Pride really is a freaking monster huh? pretty gutsy of Al being left out along with Pride. Pride's background sure is interesting. guess Madam Bradley is kind person :P HohenHeim sure is strong!!! Pride almost got him :P great to see Ed and Hohenheim working together :) kinda funny how the voices of Greed, Hohenheim and others became random people when scar ran a bunch of random dudes XD damn that Kimblee killed alot of Ishbal. i wonder if Scar will finally finish him once and for all. good to see Roy visiting Hughes before the day itself. Lust, Envy(well he's still alive along with May Chang :P), Gluttony are now gone :P Wrath is missing, Pride is immobile. only Sloth and Father are left :P and add kimbley as well man Roy causing havoc at Central City. i wonder if they survived!! the next 15 episodes are gonna be intense :) can't wait!!! |

| Hohenheim is one powerful alchemist. I wonder if he'll have to die in order for them to beat Father? It's amazing how so many side characters play an important role in this struggle. Only other series I can remember with so many relevants sidekicks is LOGH. |

Al gets better as a character as it goes on in my opinion, and Ed gets worse. |

How about: Al creates a wall of earth that splits the chamber into 2 in which Al and Pride are sperated from each other, THEN he escapes without pride being able to do anything. | Its really dumb that Pride ate Gluttony doesnt make sense that they can eat eachother and gain abilities why wouldn't "Father" just have one of the homunculus eat all the other ones to make a super strong homunculus? Hes already made a 2nd greed why can't he just make more? |

| It was a clever trap. I was surprised when Pride easily said he loved Madame Bradley, and it was kind of cute how he tried to dig a hole with a stick. He should've used Al's pointy helmet, though. The magnitude of the cage was impressive, but I wonder why Hohenheim always stays in the background. Part of it is to let MCs have their spotlight, but maybe he feels guilty about using his powers? When he dug into his chest and used his blood for whatever, he was apologizing to the souls and referring to them by their names. |

| I loved how the ED song kicked in a little early in this episode, just as the sun was rising. 15 episodes left to cover one day? Must be some long battles and monologuing or something. Regardless, good plan by Al to trap himself with Pride. Hohenheim's alchemy is unmatched, though I guess that makes sense considering he's a philosopher stone. Looks like the next episode is all Mustang. |

| Not a bad solution with which you are unable to stem the advance of the enemy, narration interesting and good ideas that are now appropriate responses, cliffhanger in the final as usual. :) |

| I´m waiting to see: -What Greed is going to do -Scar vs. Kimblee fight (im sure that´s gonna happen) -Furher is for sure alive -If Mustang´s crew is gonna survive or not -What happened with May Chang and Envy -I´m so hyped for the final fight between Hohenheim vs. Father -If Olivier Armstrong is still alive OMG this Anime is so good!!! It´s even better than Attack on Titan ! |

| I think they could've opened the mountain after putting out the fire. With that many people and Pride's lack of means of retaliation they'd surely deplete his regeneration powers and kill him. Danny is back after being irrelevant for at least 30 episodes lol. If I remember correctly, his last appearance was when Homunculi was trying to frame Ross as Hughes's murderer. Man, the final act is coming closer and there's conflict on all sides. I'm excited for this! |

| Hohenheim's abilities are truly spectacular. As expected from a living philosopher's stone. Pride showed some of emotions associated with humans. Well, nothing strange to be honest. In fact he is a human, but artificially created and with superpowers. And Danny is back just when the rebellion started! To be honest, at first I didn't know who he was, I mean I forgot that somebody like Danny existed. xD Maybe he will be gettin more screentime from now on. |
| Man, Pride is soooo much better written than Wrath in the 2003 version. I get easily annoyed by sniveling kid characters, so I'm glad they stayed true to the manga for Pride in Brotherhood! |

| Hohenheim's proficiency in Alchemy really is impressive, sealing Selim in so quickly like that. Alphonse was willing to hole himself up with Pride for the entirety of the Promised Day but I have a feeling that it won't be very long until he breaks out because of how important Al is for the upcoming fight. The big day's finally here and it looks like the first order of business is to cause a gigantic commotion~ |

| this episode did a lot to hype and set up the promised day! pride trying to kill all the Squad was tense! i liked the way ed saved lan fan (omg why did she come when her automail is still not functioning completely!! girl #selfcare!) al has matured and become so intelligent himself too, what a star. what a clever idea to think of resealing pride. and how brave of him to stay in there with pride, that's a scary prospect kimblee is a maniac! hearing him humming whilst jumping over the bodies of the ishbalans was so chilling and horrific nice little suit up there for ed, the red jacket is officially back! that cliffhanger! i hope too many characters don't die in the coming episodes |
| Damn son! Where'd you find this!!? Hohenheim trapping Pride is definitely the highlight of this episode. Of course it was actually Al's idea, but I also like when Hohenheim got a bit angry and told Pride not to make fun of his son. Idk, I just appreciate the little things lol |
| Trapping pride was a great scene with a clever solution based on his powers. The conversation that Al and Pride had reminded me why this anime infuriates me. There is no good reason for the sacrifices to stay in the country on the promised day. It's only because they are foolish characters in a shounen series that they do so. Just leave the country for the promised day and then come back and throw your revolution next week. Having a climax for climax' sake is poor storytelling. |

| That episode felt really short, like it passed by in 5 minutes. Al's plan to trap Pride inside was smart of him, especially since Pride without light is powerless. Promised Day time is now! |
