If it does, where could I find it? Since it's set in Italy, an Italian dub would add SO MUCH MORE depth to it.

It should exist since there are voice actors listed on databases, but I can't seem to find any information on DVDs and suchs, company went bankrupt on 2008 and alls
Should be one of those things you have to dig deep to find, if it's even avaiable online

An Italian dub of the anime does exist. Only the 2 first episodes were dubbed and shown at Lucca Comics & Games convention in 2007 and they have never been distributed ever since. I don't think it'll ever resurface since Fool Frame (the brand that made the dub) doesn't exist anymore as it was affiliated with Shin Vision, a company that filed for bankruptcy in 2008. Seems like it'll remain a piece of lost media.

Sorry for the awkward English.
