I've already watched the best Gucci ones out there like Gintama and Konosuba, so are there anymore comedic masterpieces like those?

Sword Art Online is a pretty good comedy, especially it's writing and lack of logic.

Saiki Kusuo no Psi-nan is hands down the best I've ever watched. If you're a fan of comedy anime, do yourself a favor and watch it.

Besides that, there's Prison School and Seitokai Yakuindomo if you like dirty jokes and Daily Lives of High School Boys and Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun is also pretty funny. Also The World God Only Knows if you want romance while being a self-aware comedy.

Edit: Damn, someone beat me to it. All the more reason to check it out lol.

Nichijou is probably the absolute best when it comes to comedy. Really can't think of anything that can surpass it in that aspect. Not even Gintama.

Well I'm terms of pure "wtf" watch Kore wa Zombie desu ka? or Noucome.
Some funny stuff that made my laugh pretty hard include Gekkan Shoujo, Seitokai Yakuindomo or Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou.

Nichijou on its throne, alone at the top. The only anime to surpass Monty Python, Terry Pratchett's Discworld, I.T. Crowd and so on as the best comedy in the world, in any medium.

In a distant second place, Danshi Koukosei no Nichijou.

Inferno Cop and Cromartie High School are both great. Inferno Cop is short and Cromartie has a good dub which makes both of them easy to watch.

I recently finished watching Sabage-bu! The entire show is based on the silly antics of a survival game club, not to mention how the MC is absolutely savage. Super refreshing, and I laughed a lot. Give it a go when you have the time!

Honestly, no comedy anime has ever made me laugh. Like, really. The only anime that managed to do so are not focused on comedy, but rather on other stuff and some situations were simply funny enough. However, in terms of manga, Yotsuba for sure. It's the only thing that actually made me laugh out loud sometimes and it always provoked in me a slight smile at least. 10/10 comedy manga.

You hear it all the time, it's overrated tbh but, Gintama. I think it's overrated but rated it based solely on enjoyment. It's pretty fuckin funny with a few serious arcs.

I personally loved Tentai Senshi Sunred, but it's not for everyone. For me it is the only comedy out there that's on the same level as Gintama.
If you want something more gintama-like try Senshi to Yusha (very short but great) or Danshi Koukosei no Nichijou.
Cromartie Highschool and Hataraku Maou Sama are also very good. People also talk a lot about Nichijou - I don't think it is that funny, but you might.

Well Gintama is one of my favorite anime and the only comedy anime I'd say comes close to it is Osomatsu-san. The art can take a bit of getting used to because it doesn't look like your typical anime, but after I got past that hurdle it was plain sailing. Plus, the second season's airing now!

To a lesser extent there's Hoozuki no Reitetsu because a lot of the comedy is pretty hit or miss since there's a lot of reference to Japanese folklore and history. Gotta love the dry sense of humour though, and the second season is better than the first so far too!

Can't forget JoJo's Bizarre Adventure either. Sure, it's not a "comedy anime" but some of the funniest moments in anime are in that series. It's a big meme for a reason.

Detroit Metal City (A lot of offensive jokes but that's what makes it funny)
Barakamon (Its a good slice of life comedy)
Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu (School comedy with a bit of romance)
Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? (Harem but the comedy is top notch)
Nichijou (Pure comedy at its finest)

Golden Boy is hilarious if you can appreciate raunchy humor.

Nichijou is also pretty consistently funny; not every segment hits, but when it hits it really hits.

Since you like Gintama, you'll probably like the humor of Yakitate!! Japan.
If you can stomach watching cute stuff then I'll recommend Hetalia.
If you like a rom-com that's more suited for girls than boys, I recommend Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun.
If you like otome games, and are a girl, I recommend Ikemen Sengoku Bromances Across Time.
This one didn't make me laugh as much as the ones above but Danshi Koukousei No Nichijou is quite good, too.

If you aren't a girl, Sakamoto Desu Ga? would probably work for you (IMHO I don't like the humor of this one much.)
Saiki K also has a different kind of humor (not my fave one for sure).

People also mentioned GTO (a classic, you should see this), Tsurezure, Houzoki no Reitetsu (I like this one), School Rumble (not my fave), JoJo's (humor is like Gintama, JoJo's seiyuu is also Tomokazu Sugita aka Gintoki), you'll probably have to check them out to see for yourself.

That's all I can think of for now. It's pretty obvious I'm not a boy so the ones I recommended are anime/manga that boys probably wouldn't be able to stomach watching (not all). Just as I won't be able to watch Prison School. :P
PS. Gintama is still probably the funniest of the bunch.
