The part with everyone at the hotel (can't remember the actual word =P) was really funny. Loved the part where Yamada is doing the "He likes me, he likes me not" thing with the crab legs =P |

| An anime really means a lot to me when it reminds me of myself. There’s not much to add to the scenes with Takemoto visiting his mom. He stays away due to his mom’s lover but makes excuses using school. His mom seems like a very selfless person. I hope he stays true to coming home more often. I really do think the guy cares a lot for Takemoto even though he’s very different from his father. The banter during the trip was very funny. I’m continuing to feel that “take things day-by-day” atmosphere and it really fits well into the stage that these characters are at. The fact that this anime is 24 eps is also reassuring that it won’t be rushed. |

| Loving the backstory of Takemoto, I honestly only just realised he has the same voice actor as arararagi too :D I'm apparently meant to believe Hagu-chan is around 18 years old or something yet she acts and even looks like a 5 year old. Really hating her at the moment. |

| I liked Takemoto's backstory. It was pretty relatable. Probably my favorite episode so far, even if it was still pretty random. |

| That was like two shorter episodes but together as one. I liked them both though. The back story for Takemoto was interesting and nice. Going on that trip together was funny, Hagu acting like a child again and everyone keeps saying "when you grow up" when she's supposed to be 18 already. |

| Ok, i have decided not to judge anime before i watch at least 5 episodes and here it goes. I found most of the characters quite likeable. Takemoto is a loyal type like Hatiko; Mayama is mature and thoughtful; Yamada is... hopelessly in love with M and looks like a potentially good character. Morita is by far my favourite. He is so random and weird that he is awesome. Although, i know that having this kind of friend around all the time may get really annoying.^^ But he is great, nevertheless. Not a typical anime character. And noooow.... Hagu. Sigh, sometimes i wonder what is wrong with Japanese people (rather than normal people i refer to creators of anime/manga)? They seem to be so obsessed with young girls that look like children (lolis)! JUST WHAT IS WRONG WITH THEM?! The moment they introduced Hagu i was confused. Like really confused. Are we supposed to believe that THIS CHIPMUNK OF A GIRL THAT LOOKS LIKE A TOODLER MOST OF THE TIME IS ACTUALLY 18 years old and A COLLEGE STUDENT and IS A MAIN GIRL OF THESE SERIES?! -_- Why, just why did they put such a character? She looks so odd as if she got here from a different anime. And it gets even 'better' when Takemoto and Morita (nooo) fall in love with her. Now, some people say that love is not about the looks. THEN, TELL ME WHAT IS IT ABOUT IN HER CASE? Its is clear that they fell for her from the first moment. Just by seeing her face these two guys fell in love with a girl that looks like 8YEAR OLD! I am concerned about them. I think i could take it if she was actually acting her age. Like in some animes lolis seem to be wise and mature but NO, HAGU DOESNT JUST LOOK LIKE 6-8 YEAR OLD, SHE ACTS LIKE IT! Which makes it even more difturbing for two guys to see her as a woman. Damn, this picture says it all.  |
And no, there is no way that these shoes would fit her ridiculously tiny feet. Also, she looks better with her hair down. But this buns a size of her head make her look like a fat hamster. I am not even joking, check for yourself.    Morita, how could you fall for that?  Its not that i hate Hagu. She would like rather cute in any other anime but here she just disturbs me to no end. And other people seem to find it creepy as well. I can take that she is a loli and oh well, acts like a 6 year old, speaks with annoying voice but what i will never understand is how, HOW did these two guys fell for her from the first time? maybe, if she got older/more mature as the series progress... but from the first episode?! Geez, unbelievable. |

| The first portion of this episode has probably been my favorite part of the show so far. The melancholy return home and the bittersweet memories that come with it. I could relate to Takemoto a bit in the sense that I spent a great deal of my early life on a set path and when I had the freedom to pursue new opportunities, I had no idea where to go from there. I too just took something I liked and whimsically followed that. |

| great episode, i think takemoto will end up being a new favourite character of mine, he feels very real & relatable. that bit was his stepfather was heartwarming :) i love how relaxing honey & clover is also love to see them getting drunk lol morita is always fuckin insane & hilarious LOL @ him suddenly crying with hagu "it doesn't make me happy at all to be no.2 in a company of 2!" looooooool i love the humour in their dialogue so hilarious!!!! i love the relationship they have with shuu-chan |

| Got a bit more background with Takemoto, but I'm kind of surprised his father's death wasn't mentioned during his "I hate christmas" story. It's a bit more understandable if he was stuck in the hospital because his mother was working and his father had recently passed. Takemoto's motivation for college is interesting. 5 episodes in and we haven't really seen anything of his artistic talent aside from being good with his hands. Granted, the same could also be said about Mayama but his seniority and job seems to imply some degree of skill. Starting to wonder if Shuji actually is a part of the second "triangle". |

| The beautiful music chosen for this anime really ties everything together. The gut-punching emotions, the beautifully designed characters, the emotional catharsis played out in scene after scene; none of it would have that impact without the music. |
